What is your return policy?
H2O+ is committed to providing customers with high quality products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your on-line purchase with us, simply return the products within 30 days from the delivery confirmation date, include the packing slip, and provide the reason for the return. A refund will be processed back within 3 - 5 business days upon receiving your return. We do not credit or refund for shipping and handling charges. To minimize the risk of your return package getting lost, we recommend sending to your products through your preferred mail delivery service with tracking confirmation. You will be responsible for the shipping cost when returning your order. Return shipping fees are not refundable.

We cannot accept nearly empty containers, or containers filled or tampered with other creams for refund or exchange.
We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return.
