How can I check the status of my order?

As a friendly reminder, a tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation.  Through our Order Tracking option on our website, enter the full order number and the email address you provided when you placed your order. 

If you were logged into your H2O+ on-line account when you placed your order, please access your on-line account and view your "Order History".

If you did not log into your H2O+ on-line account, or did not create one, and checked out as a "Guest" when you placed your order, please complete an email submission form via Contact Us and provide us with your order number.
